The room of ܻṇa (p. 268) writes “…when ⲹ “body” and Citta “mind” have yet attained Suka “happiness, the practitioner, then, views the ⲹ which resides in the ū貹ⲹ by following the sevenfold of ʴṅg “Factors of Awakening.” Since then the Citta would understand thoroughly the ū貹 “physical phenomenon” and 峾 “intangible phenomenon.” As the result, the practitioner will have a refuge within him/herself and have the Dhamma as a refuge…”
The room of Saṅghaguṇa (p. 283) writes “…Phra Yogāvacara (a meditation practitioner) knows that the ⲹ resides in the Ჹ岹ⲹ-ś “the place within the body where the mind is located” of all beings, making them spin like robots. Knowing this principle, the yogāvacara cultivates վ貹ṇāñāṇ “insight wisdom” to attain the ⲹ [within]. The ⲹ is the absolute and perfect refuge. Attaining it means reaching the place which possesses of great tranquillity, perfection, and permanence, because the nature of the ⲹ is immortal.”
The text illustrates that the ⲹ can be achieved through meditation and it resides within the physical body of all beings.
